Waiea is the flagship building of the new Ward Village Master plan for Kaka‘ako. Waiea falls in the ahupua‘a of Nu‘uanu, Pauoa, & Makiki, bounded by the districts of  Kaka‘ako, Ka‘ākaukukui, Kukuluāe‘o and Kewalo.  Waiea’s grounds - what we today call Kaka‘ako - once sat in the reefs of Kukuluāe‘o and Kewalo. Waiea, is the Hawaiian term for “water of life” and is the inspiration for the building’s sweeping, water-inspired glass façade and remarkable architecture.

The ceiling height in the main residences stand at 9’6”, and 10’6” in the Villas and Penthouse levels. All units come with lanais and private foyers. Luxurious finishes include hardwood and stone flooring, onyx walls, polished-quartz composite counters, European cabinetry. These premium villas offer a private walkway entry directly from your parking stalls into your tri-level townhome. A spectacular open sky deck with ocean and harbor views are picturesque.
