Andaz ‘Ilikai Villas is a new free-standing hotel building at Andaz Maui consisting of 18 three-bedroom suites and one three-bedroom grand suite. Ground floor units have plunge pools in a garden setting, while the Grand Suite has a dynamic cantilevering pool with a glass edge.

The First Hawaiian Bank Waikīkī Lewers 5,061-square foot new location branch features an open, contemporary design inspired by muliwai, the delta where the stream meets the sea, a nod to Waikīkī’s naturally rich and abundant past.

The restaurant is in a large warehouse space in the brewery. Here, the concept is about paying respect to the process and craft of brewing, the honesty in ingredients, and the rural countryside of Maui. 

Set in one-of-a-kind lava fields with views of famous Mauna Kea, this property is home to 167 vacation ownership units. Visitors enjoy spacious one- and two-bedroom suites which incorporate a casually elegant Hawaiian style and feature a superb variety of upscale amenities and furnishings.

Hale Mahana is a 14-story student housing project located on South King Street within walking distance of Honolulu’s University of Hawaii Manoa, Chaminade University, and retail shops. WCIT Interiors design public and communal spaces for the building.

Luana Garden Villas was planned as 72 luxury town homes divided among 18 structures. Each Villa has three-bedrooms with lush landscaping and large outdoor spaces.
