At each residence, there is a seamless connection between indoors and out, extending interior living areas to the outdoors, perfect for entertaining with ease. Each residence has a rich, earth-toned palette, deep lanais, large expanses of glass windows and doors and custom designed panels on the exterior that pay homage to the culture and history of the area.

The building is three stories and is comprised of six privately owned units.  There are two units per floor, each one approximately 6,000 sf each.  Although each unit configuration is similar, the finishes, furnishings and exquisite millwork is what sets each one apart. Inside, the Maui ocean breeze flows through the large sliding glass doors, assisted by ceiling fans to maximize natural ventilation and minimize energy use.
