Sharing food with the people you love is a big part of traditional Hawaiian culture, and our fresh restaurant Kaʻana Kitchen serves up some of Maui’s best dishes family style. The restaurant has an ʻohana-style atmosphere. This is the first beach resort for Hyatt’s Andaz brand of hotels and it radiates luxury at every turn.

 

The hotel’s 3-meal restaurant, Ka‘ana Kitchen, features an engaging exhibition cooking station that immerses guests in Hawaiian culture and cuisine. The property highlights the design team's ability to elevate food service elements by integrating with interior design. Public areas feature residential style meeting spaces and studios with fully equipped kitchens that allow the chefs to interact with guests.
