Ka‘ana Kitchen at Andaz is a completely open kitchen with a menu categorized by its local food producers, such as Surfing Goat Dairy, Ono Organic Farms and Maui’s upcountry ranchers. The growers literally come first on the menu. Ka‘ana Kitchen serves up some of Maui’s best dishes family style. Ka‘ana, which means “to share”, focuses on using local farm-to-table dishes that are meant to be shared family-style.The restaurant has an ‘ohana-style atmosphere.
The 3-meal restaurant, features an engaging exhibition cooking station that immerses guests in Hawaiian culture and cuisine. The property highlights the design team’s ability to elevate food service elements by integrating with interior design. Public areas feature residential style meeting spaces and studios with fully equipped kitchens that allow the chefs to interact with guests. The expansive restaurant overlooks the Andaz resort’s four terraced infinity pools with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The atmosphere is both casual and stylish.
