Lagoon Tower by Hilton Grand Vacations gives guests ideal access to the best stretch of Waikīkī’s famous white-sand beach and the extensive entertainment, shopping and dining options within the renowned Hilton Hawaiian Village. Having done multiple vacation ownership sales centers for Hilton Vacations, WCIT Architecture was tasked with designing the new Lagoon Tower Sales Center, which was part of the overall project to convert the tower from hotel to vacation ownership one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites.

The design focused on the rich history of Hawai‘i and Waikīkī’s rise to fame beach days. There are tributes to navigation and surfing throughout the interiors. Lagoon Tower Sales Center Renovation included large scope abatement in an active tower. Unique challenges for this job include logistics, existing conditions and value engineering.
